Mr. Bazley has
been directly involved in the development of the master plan and
engineering services for the re-development of this marina area
starting at MNE and is continuing to provide planning and engineering
development services currently at BLUEWater
Design Group. The Port of Los Angeles has been working with the
development team including BLUEWater Design Group for implementing
the $60+ million recreational marina redevelopment. The project
objective is to develop approximately 35 acres of land and 40 acres
of water. The master plan includes facilities for a 650-slip marina,
dry stack storage for approximately 1,000 boats, marine repair and
maintenance services (including travel lift), 79,000 square feet
of retail facilities, a boat mall for boat dealers, and related
boating activities. BDG is responsible for development of the civil
and marine engineering planning, preliminary engineering and construction
cost estimates for the land developments, basin perimeter alignment
and marina improvements. |
