Mr. Bazley was selected to conduct
a detailed facility evaluation and prepare a life cycle maintenance
analysis for this 268 slip, dry stack storage facility for vessels
up to 40 feet. The evaluation included inspection of the storage
structures, the buildings, foundations, launch pads, staging slips
and overall operational considerations. The life cycle maintenance
analyses considered regular and periodic maintenance requirements
and identified deferred maintenance items that required near term
completion. Cost estimates and work programs were developed as
part of this assignment.
This work was completed to support
Westrec’s annual capital expenditure budgeting process and
to support property evaluation analyses completed by others.
