Marina Harbor Improvements Evaluation Project, Marina Harbor Apartments and Anchorage, Marina Del Rey, CA

As part of a four-phase project, an inspection was conducted of the existing 671-slip marina to assess existing conditions and estimate remaining service life for the dock system. Work included inspection of existing dock system, guide piles, and utilities. Evaluations of the dock systems were provided to guide the planning process for the rehabilitation of the marina facilities. Marina layout plans and conceptual costs estimates were developed for three primary rehabilitation alternatives.
