BLUEWater Design Group (BDG) was retained to prepare a masterplan and conceptual engineering for this 1,200 slip marina and recreational development. Included in the supporting landside facilities is a 500 slip dry stack storage system. Site layout and concept plans were prepared for the dry stack storage element as well as the overall marina development plan.

The project is currently in the entitlement-processing phase. Site infrastructure and new highway access construction has begun for this green field site. Marina development is scheduled for 2004/2005. BDG will be responsible for preparation of the design – build contract documents for this element of the development.
