BLUEWater Design Group contracted with PMDC to prepare a concept plan for a dry stack storage operation as part of their proposed waterfront development strategy for the privatization and redevelopment of the City’s’ Marina. The Dry Stack facility plan included land side parking areas, waterside staging docks, building and rack alignments as well as bulkheads required for the launching area.

This work was completed to support PMDC proposal in response to the City’s solicitation for privatization proposals. PMDC is one of three firms with proposals being considered by the City.
